Matt’s entrepreneurial journey began with Howland Homes, where he developed more than 2,000 residential units in the Seattle area—earning a reputation for quality, innovation and reliability. To date, he has successfully completed over $200 million in real estate transactions.

Today, Matt leads the real estate investment strategy for the 12 Stones Legacy Fund, guided by principles of integrity, transparency and high performance. He remains committed to maximizing investor returns, revitalizing communities and driving sustainable growth.

For more than a decade, Joe Loftus has been actively investing in single-family and multifamily real estate, overseeing $3 million in assets under management (AUM). In parallel, he has built a successful career in medical sales with a $26 billion pharmaceutical company, where he excelled in cultivating customer relationships and driving growth.

This dual expertise has sharpened Joe’s ability to solve complex problems, build and sustain strong partnerships, and deliver results. His skills translate seamlessly into capital raising and strategic collaboration within real estate funds.
